The Summit Hall

Originally built in 1923, The Summit Hall has a long a rich history, perched at the regions highest locality. When the hall burned down in 1932, it was re-built within 6 months by the community. The hall is available for hire most days and evenings for just about any sort of event.

New tank

How great is it to see a new water tank in place at The Summit Hall. We have a large roof here and this water tank is all part of the committee’s plan to future proof this community asset.

This project has been assisted by Grants to Community funding from the Southern Downs Regional Council.
